A lifelong traveler with a global perspective, Mike has spent over a decade leading engineering teams at Fueled, helping shape the organization’s structure, strategy, and delivery practices along the way. As Senior Vice President of Engineering, he supports a large, globally distributed team. He guides technical direction, cultivates impactful leaders, strengthens culture, and fosters high-trust environments where engineers can thrive.
Outside of work, Mike spends time in the garden or studying ancient philosophy—practices that inform a leadership style grounded in curiosity, reflection, and purposeful growth.
