Fueled’s latest case studies highlight how our teams help clients turn complex digital needs into products, platforms, and customer experiences that are easier to launch, manage, connect, and grow.
The work spans mobile apps, WordPress and other website content management systems, AI-native product development, and customer messaging across industries as different as home services, hospitality, education, and virtual healthcare.
Planet 9 Studio: Moving from prototype to production with AI-native delivery
Planet 9 Studio came to Fueled with a validated product concept and an early prototype for Neelo, a gamified iPad app designed to help children build social-emotional life skills through interactive activities, games, and rewards.
The prototype had helped prove the idea, but it was not the right foundation for a production product. Our team rebuilt Neelo from the ground up using an AI-native development approach, pairing AI tools with experienced product, design, and engineering leadership. The app soft-launched at roughly 10% of the cost and in about half the time when compared to similar projects delivered before 2025.

For Planet 9, that meant moving Neelo from prototype to production with a scalable foundation rather than carrying prototype debt into the next phase of the product.
Jobber: Bringing online booking to WordPress and Wix
Jobber helps small service businesses manage scheduling, invoicing, customer communication, and day-to-day operations. For many of those businesses, a website is one of the most important paths from initial interest to booked work.
Fueled partnered with Jobber to bring its booking experience directly into WordPress and Wix, two of the website platforms many small businesses already rely on. The strategic decision was not to recreate the entire Jobber experience separately in each platform. Instead, Fueled helped Jobber preserve its core booking interface through an embedded model while giving website owners a native setup and placement flow inside their CMS or website builder.
The result is a smoother path from website visit to booked service, and a stronger distribution model for Jobber as its customers build and manage their digital presence.
Foxwoods Resort Casino: Connecting guest engagement across a complex resort experience
Foxwoods Resort Casino operates across hospitality, gaming, dining, entertainment, accommodations, and resort experiences. That creates many opportunities to communicate with guests before, during, and after a visit. It also creates operational complexity.
Fueled partnered with MoEngage and Foxwoods to help turn a new customer engagement platform into a more connected guest engagement foundation. The work included migrating assets from a previous email platform, rebuilding templates, aligning data sources, and mapping how messages should work across different guest moments. The work helped Foxwoods reduce fragmentation by aligning email and SMS messaging with real guest moments, behaviors, and triggers.

That gave Foxwoods a stronger foundation for more timely, coordinated guest communication that can evolve alongside the guest experience.
Vida Health: Rebuilding a WordPress website for clearer healthcare journeys
Vida Health provides virtual healthcare for obesity and related chronic conditions through employers and individual memberships. Its website needed to support a complex business with multiple audiences, including enterprise buyers such as employers and health plans, and prospective individual members.
Fueled led a comprehensive discovery, design, and engineering effort to turn Vida’s web presence into a more focused growth platform. Through stakeholder interviews, content and UX audits, audience journey mapping, messaging workshops, and competitive analysis, we helped Vida align around clearer priorities for prospective members, accessible language, and connected content across the site.

The result is a redesigned WordPress site that better reflects Vida’s business, supports its marketing team, and gives the organization a stronger foundation for growth.
Digital work that delivers real business impact
Together, these projects show the range of work behind modern digital experiences: product decisions, platform choices, content systems, engagement workflows, and delivery practices.
For Planet 9, that meant getting a production-ready iPad app to market faster and more cost-effectively. For Jobber, it meant making online booking easier for small businesses while expanding the reach of its product through WordPress and Wix. For Foxwoods, it meant creating a stronger foundation for more relevant guest communication. For Vida, it meant giving a complex healthcare business a clearer website and a more flexible marketing platform.
Across each engagement, Fueled helped connect product strategy with the execution details that determine whether digital work delivers after launch: how the product is built, how the platform is managed, how customers move through the experience, and how internal teams keep improving it over time.
