The new year is in full swing, which means we are trying our hardest to stick to our resolutions and stay as organized as possible. With a multitude of calendar apps, pen-and-paper planners are an idea of the past. But even going digital, it’s still hard to stay on top of our sh*t when you have to switch between multiple apps. Our App of the Week, 24me, is the best personal assistant app to help you get your life together.

Founders Gilad Hertanu and Liat Mordechay Hertanu were partners in life, but also became partners in business as well. They found themselves wasting too much time managing their calendars and to-dos with each other. Giving traditional pen-and-paper a shot along with various apps and other methods, they were stumped on finding a solution that worked for them. In 2012, they took matters into their own hands and decided to build their own solution: 24me.

24me allows you to sync all your calendars (Google, Outlook, Apple, and more) all in one place so you don’t miss a single meeting. You can also input your to-dos and notes so that they are all in one place without you having to switch apps. You can also connect your social networks and financial accounts so you never miss an event or forget when the bills are due. If you’re on the go and can’t pull out your phone, 24me meets you where you are and integrates with Apple Watch so you can just speak to your wrist.

With smart alerts, you’ll be notified when you should leave based on traffic conditions, you’ll be notified on weather conditions, and you’ll even receive a street view of your destination so you know you’re at the right place. To help you stay organized, 24me provides an agenda of your tasks and meetings planned for the next day so you’re not caught off-guard by anything. You can also customize label colors, font size and weight, and even add photos to your calendar, giving you complete control of your planner. If you’re looking to take your organizing to the next level, you can subscribe to 24me Pro ($5.99/month, $35.99/year). 24me Pro provides you with unlimited access to label colors, font customizations, calendar photos, and more.

Inc. featured 24me as one of the four “awesome women-led startups.”

But enough about other people's apps.
