Fueled is a leading digital product strategy, design and development agency. We are a 350+ person team that has designed and developed hundreds of product experiences for both entrepreneurs and major brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Digital Growth to lead and scale our Digital Growth team, process, and practice.This critical role will be responsible for shaping the (data-driven and product-led) growth solutions we leverage to drive retention and enhance customer experience on the products we build for our clients. You’ll be charged with leading a talented team of Growth Marketing, SEO, and Analytics practitioners. This role entails a mix of leadership, management, and craft ownership on our most complex client engagements.

What you will do:

  • Unify and Lead the Digital Growth Team:
    • In late 2023, Fueled merged with 10up. We’ve spent the last year and a half working towards the unification of two legacy Digital Growth teams and practices. Our Director of Digital Growth will continue to spearhead this effort—pushing forward process, service, and team standardization efforts across our Digital Growth disciplines.
    • Directly lead and manage the Digital Growth team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Own all operational responsibilities on the Digital Growth Team, including resource allocation, budget management, workflow optimization, and performance reviews.
  • Define and Evolve our Digital Growth Services:
    • Champion the vision and roadmap of Digital Growth at Fueled—aligning it with our overall company strategy and objectives. This includes identifying opportunities to innovate and expand our offerings, developing new services, and leveraging new technologies.
    • Lead the evolution of our Digital Growth services, ensuring they are compelling, innovative, and well-aligned with our target market.
    • Stay sharp on our competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, personalization, new platforms) and optimize our Digital Growth roadmap accordingly.
  • Develop Go-to-Market Digital Growth Solutions & Partnerships:
    • Collaborate with Commercial and Product leadership to define and and execute go-to-market Digital Growth strategies and solutions. This includes defining target audiences and opportunities, crafting compelling offerings, and developing sales enablement materials.
    • Build a robust Digital Growth partnership ecosystem that amplifies our reach and expands our capabilities.
    • Represent Fueled’s Digital Growth practice externally at conferences, events, and speaking engagements.
    • Support our Sales and Marketing teams in pitching and positioning our services and solutions to prospective clients (and the world!).

About you:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in product, marketing, data, or digital growth roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and leading full-stack, data-driven marketing practices.
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams—including direct management responsibilities—is required.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, growth marketing, data strategy, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and experimentation to inform decision-making.
  • Experience working on app and web development projects is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an agency environment is a strong plus.
  • Passion for digital innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
