Roles and Responsibilities

  • Architect and own outbound Business Development strategy; identify, initiate, and maintain communications with prospective clients
  • Convey Fueled’s offerings & unique proposition - this first point of contact should be high energy, enthusiastic, creative, polished, and passionate
  • Initiate conversation with client around project direction & strategy
  • Participate in deal structuring & contract negotiations
  • Smoothly transition deals from sales into active projects

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 4 years in Business Development, including experience at a digital agency
  • A passion for all things digital and constant curiosity to learn about the latest trends
  • Familiar and comfortable with both cold and warm pitching, seamless transition of project-specific information to the accounts department
  • Able to successfully communicate Fueled’s vision and agile development process to prospective clients
  • An innate ability to synthesize various data, learnings, and research to articulate the most important and actionable insights
  • Strong visual thinking and storytelling abilities, simplifying complex concepts and strategies through design and logic
  • Comfortable with our CRM platform and technically literate enough to provide proposals and answer client questions as they surface
  • Personal presentation that strongly represents Fueled’s ethos: our team is energetic, fast-moving, passionate, creative, curious and stylistically bold
