Erika guides strategic marketing initiatives and messaging, including integrated campaigns across digital media, events, and targeted content.

Erika came to Fueled with over 15 years of diverse experience in marketing, communications, and storytelling. Her early career began in PR for a healthcare corporation and journalism, notably serving as a TV news producer at an NBC affiliate, where she developed a sharp ability to uncover and communicate compelling narratives. Transitioning to marketing, she leveraged her storytelling expertise to strategically position brands, build market awareness, and drive engagement.

Before joining Fueled, Erika served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at ICUC.social, a dentsu company and global leader in social media management. There, she successfully led impactful campaigns, built high-performing teams, and significantly elevated the brand’s visibility across diverse industries. Her expertise in crafting resonant, strategic messaging uniquely positions her to amplify Fueled’s brand story.
