A graduate of both the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, Lily side-stepped into digital project management over 13 years ago, spending several years at some of Toronto’s top agencies before moving home to England. Lily specializes in coaching teams to always find a solution. She employs an outcomes-focused approach that promotes creativity, ownership, and accountability. Endlessly curious about the application of technology to solving complex business challenges, Lily marries strategic thinking with good old-fashioned common sense (thanks, in no small part, to her northern upbringing).
