Can we all agree on something really quick? No? We can’t? Well, maybe we should try out Agree. This simple app aids decision making for groups by allowing the creation of a seemingly endless list of polls. Poll your friends for dinner, what movie to see, or which episode of The Simpsons is the best.

Upon launch, you see all the ongoing polls as well as how many options each has, if it is shared with others, and when the poll will close. If a poll has already finished, the winning selection is also displayed in this home view.

If you jump into one of existing polls you can place your vote with a quick right swipe. The app gives you the option to denote when you replied or leave the timestamp off. When you want to share with someone, you can just message them and only requires users to have an iCloud account to participate. That means you don’t have to have everyone else login with Facebook, Twitter, or Google making it all the more safer.

At one point I lived in a house with nine other people and I can’t think of a better way to make group decisions for what we should order for dinner, who won a competition, what movie to see, and oh so many others.

While I’m singing Agree’s praises, I have to mention the strict adherence to both iOS and accessibility guidelines. Agree fully supports VoiceOver for vision-impaired users. And by following the iOS guidelines it scales to natively fill any-sized iPhone, Mac or iPad you have, adjusts text based on system setting, supports keyboard shortcuts, collects no data from users, supports Family Sharing, is a universal purchase, and more. There are Home Screen quick actions via the contextual menu and more than 40 app icons you can choose between. Talk about being an upstanding Apple ecosystem citizen.

Agree is a free app which is even better. For $3 you can nab Agree+ which unlocks those alternate icons, themes for the app, and unlimited options in each poll.

But enough about other people's apps.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOURS
