We’re proud to share that Google Site Kit — Google’s official WordPress plugin built in partnership with the 10up WordPress practice at Fueled has been named the WordPress community’s most trusted plugin. In a recent industry survey, 40% of WordPress users chose Site Kit as the plugin they trust above all others. This recognition comes as Site Kit officially broke into the top ten most popular plugins on the official WordPress.org plugin directory, now active on over 5 million sites.

A chart shows Google Site Kit as the most trusted WordPress plugin bran in 2025, with 40% of users choosing it.

Site Kit is Google’s official all-in-one WordPress integration for key web services. It integrates tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, AdSense, and PageSpeed Insights directly into a site’s WordPress admin experience. This lets website owners easily set up essential Google website services and view traffic stats, SEO insights, and other web performance and monetization data in one place, with the unique insights that come from combining this data with the context of a website’s content and purpose. Its rapid adoption, and its climb into the top 10 plugins by install count within a few years of launch, underscores how much value Site Kit delivers to WordPress site owners.
