Are you an investor or an entrepreneur? Or even just a new technology enthusiast? If you are interested in web startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation, Tech Cocktail is worth checking out. Tech Cocktail is a growing blog focused on covering emerging technology news and putting entrepreneurs, products, and investors together. It was founded in 2006 by former AOL product strategist Frank Gruber as a community-building site for tech enthusiasts. But it has since grown into a true online news service for everyone interested in reading about the newest entrepreneurial startups and technology breakthroughs.

More importantly, though, Tech Cocktail’s founders have maintained focus on keeping the site a community and, as such, devote significant resources to hosting social events for their followers and putting entrepreneurs and investors together. In this regard, Tech Cocktail is a resource for both entrepreneurial individuals and technology enthusiasts.  Entrepreneurs use it to network with pioneers in their fields, find potential investors, and communicate with future fans and users of their products. The site has a whole section devoted to helping entrepreneurs: there is a how-to page for those just starting, a plethora of interviews with successful startup founders, and pages on how-to market an idea or product and secure funding.

For their part, technology enthusiasts use it to become part of the technology innovation community and keep up to date on the best and latest in the startup world. Particularly devoted users can even attend events, develop connections, and become entrepreneurs. Either way, Tech Cocktail is a site worth looking into because, regardless of your role in the technology world, it has something to offer.
