How to Fix the Gmail #707 Error

Gmail, Google’s overwhelmingly popular email service, baffled many users yesterday. When they attempted to send an email, they received a message stating, “Oops...the system encountered a problem (#707).” In turn, their emails weren’t sent. Fortunately, Fueled has the answer for the bug:

1. Log-in to Gmail and select the settings tab - a cog - in the upper right hand corner.
2. Select “Labs” from the list.
3. Find Background Send, which allows you to continue using Gmail as your email is being sent, and disable it.

This will resolve the problem until Gmail, presumably, fixes the bug itself, at which point you can re-enable Background Send. Now get back to work! Your email awaits you.
